Lorri Smith Retires After 25 Years with Newman-Dailey

MIRAMAR BEACH, Fla.--April 18, 2012-- Newman-Dailey Resort Properties' longest employee, Lorri Smith, retires after 25 years with the resort management, sales and rental company. As the director of the Association Management division, Smith helped build Newman-Dailey's reputation as one of most respected companies on the coast.

"Lorri was one of our first employees and she took the association management division and ran with it," said Jeanne Dailey, owner of Newman-Dailey Resort Properties. "She has been an incredible employee and instrumental in growing our association business. It is hard to see her go."

With the help of Smith's unwavering commitment to the highest level of service, Newman-Dailey today represents 29 associations within Destin and South Walton. From large properties of approximately 450 to smaller communities of eight units, Newman-Dailey employs a team-oriented and action-focused approach.

"One of my most impressive memories of Lorri's invaluable commitment to our clients was after Hurricane Opal," recalled Dailey. "She conducted an assessment of all properties within 48-hours of the storm passing and had them back online fast. From repairs to insurance claims and adjustors, she handled it all swiftly and professionally."
