Newman-Dailey has a full-service real estate division, licensed by the State of Florida, Department of Business and Professional Regulations, with extremely knowledgeable and friendly agents. They are listed in the top 10% of real estate agencies on the Emerald Coast according to the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors (ECAR) "Closed Sales Summary Report." In addition, Newman-Dailey consistently ranks in the top 10% of agencies and three of its agents are listed in the top 10% of real estate agents as reported by ECAR.

Newman-Dailey also has a fully-staffed association management division, which currently manages 65 associations, from large properties of approximately 300 units, to smaller communities of eight units; 14 of which have been managed from their inception.
